4. Approval of Minutes for February 8, 2023 Board Meeting

5. Approval of Monthly Bills and Payroll

6. Approval of Monthly Financial Statements

7. Citizens to address the Board:

Jody McKinty (My Place) to address the Board concerning changes to the atv, side by sides, etc ordinance allowing anyone with a Knox County Sticker to operate in Yates City without a Village Sticker.

Discussion and possible approval.

Kenny Thompson to address the Board concerning his water bill.

Discussion and possible action.

8. Police Report – Randy Benson

NEW BUSINESS:

9. Changes to committee assignments effective 3/8/2023

10. Discussion and approval for a Spring Clean Up day and approval to advertise.

11. Discussion and approval of Maintenance agreement with the Park District per the contract.

12. Possible approval of resolution for closing the road for Harvest Home Parade.

13. Discussion and possible approval of applying for a USDA Grant for the purchase of a Police Vehicle at a cost of $500 with WIRC.

14. Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a Police Vehicle under the State Bid for a cost not to exceed $55,000 including the vehicle, equipment, transfer of equipment and graphics.

15. Discussion and possible approval of selling the current Police Vehicle to Knox County and/or trading in the current vehicle and /or advertising for bids to sell the current vehicle.

16. Discussion and possible approval of a donation to the Farmington After-Prom event.

17. Discussion and approval of purchasing valves, repair clamps, fittings, water main saddles (taps) etc. for the water department.

OLD BUSINESS

18. Opening of bids and possible acceptance of a bid for the old library property.

19. Possible approval of amending the bid specs for the old library property to include possible sale or lease of the property.

20. Opening of bids and possible acceptance of a bid for the sale of the Ford Ranger.
