Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Classes are taught in three different sessions. Each class if full of information for the mom-to-be and her support partner.
Topics include:
Prenatal care
Comfort measures in pregnancy
What to expect during labor, birth, and recovery
Car seat safety
Postpartum care for mothers
Newborn care
Classes are taught by Family Birthing Center staff so you will get to know some faces that might be taking care of you when you deliver. Our lactation team will be on hand to teach about breastfeeding after delivery and going home. Don’t forget to follow our Marion Health Lactation page on Facebook!
