1) Discuss/Approve Governmental Consulting Solutions, Inc. invoice 6036 dated 1/1/2023 for $3,000 for consulting services for January 2023.

B. MINUTES

1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the December 27, 2022 council meeting.

C. TAX ABATEMENT RESOLUTIONS

1) Resolution 2023-01 abating General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2019 for the 2022 tax year payable 2023 in the amount of $116,384.00.

2) Resolution 2023-02 abating General Obligation Bonds, Series 2017 for the 2022 tax year payable 2023 in the amount of $262,275.00.

3) Resolution 2023-03 abating General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022 for the 2022 tax year payable 2023 in the amount of $51,000.00.

4) Resolution 2023-04 abating General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2020 for the 2022 tax year payable 2023 in the amount of $1,629,462.50.

5) Resolution 2023-05 abating General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2014 for the 2022 tax year payable 2023 in the amount of $868,700.00.

5. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING

A. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3854 a Residential TIF II Redevelopment Agreement with Castellano Properties, LLC. (2005 W. Main)

6. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

A. Discuss/Approve purchase of pump for Sewer Department; a budgeted item.

7. PUBLIC AFFAIRS

A. Discuss/Adopt Resolution 2023-06 a resolution of support for a Community Development Block Grant.

B. Vote to determine whether the need for confidentiality still exists with respect to Closed Session Minutes of the Marion City Council per 5 ILCS 120/2.06 or whether the minutes no longer require confidential treatment.
