Trico Community Unit School District 176 Board met Nov. 21

Board President, Mrs. Lois Jones called the regular meeting of the Trico Board of Education in the Trico Media Center at 6:30 pm. Members present were Mr. Gerald Speith, Mr. Matt Rodewald, Mr. Mario Dolce, Mr. Brian Blazier, Mrs. Amy Naile, Mr. Michael Baker, and President Lois Jones. Absent: None.

Mrs. Naile moved, second by Mr. Baker to approve the following Consent Agenda:

1. Approve the Minutes for the October 17, 2022

2. Approve the Bills for November 2022

3. Approve the Activity Fund Report for October 2022

4. Approve Monthly Financial Statement for October 2022

5. Approve Substitute List for October 2022

6. Approve monthly enrollment as of November 16, 2022

Mr. Baker moved, second by Mr. Blazier to approve the Board of Education of Trico Community Unit School District 176 (hereinafter referred to as Agency/Buyer) to seek proposals from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCO’s) which are capable of providing comprehensive energy management and energy and operational related capital improvement services at all applicable buildings as identified in the RFP.
