The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met at 9:00 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:
Jim Marlo, Chairman
Brent Gentry, Commissioner
Tim Atkisson, Commissioner
Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Tim Atkisson to move into Executive Session citing 5ILCS 120/2(c)(1). Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Regular Session was opened up at 11:17 a.m. Jim Marlo, Brent Gentry and Tim Atkisson present.
Motion made by Tim Atkisson and seconded by Brent Gentry to recess and reconvene until 1:30 p.m. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Meeting reconvened at 1:30 p.m. Jim Marlo, Brent Gentry and Tim Atkisson present.
Discussion with Kim Meyer by phone concerning the Abatement of the PBC Bond. No action taken.
Motion made by Tim Atkisson and seconded by Brent Gentry to adjourn meeting. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
