De Soto median home prices rose by 25% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in De Soto rose by $17,475 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,475 - a 25% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in De Soto in 2020.
