Median home prices in Harrison fell to $67,800 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Harrison fell by $4,867 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,800 - a 6.7% decrease over the $72,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Harrison in the second half of 2020.
