Carbondale home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Carbondale rose by $11,750 while total sales increased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,250 - a 10.3% increase over the $114,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Carbondale in the fourth quarter of 2020.
