Harrison median home prices rose by 44.6% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Harrison rose by $27,400 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,900 - a 44.6% increase over the $61,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Harrison in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Harrison for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,183, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
