3. MINUTES - Reading and approval of the minutes for the previous board meeting

4. CORRESPONDENCE

A) Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation - removal of remote meeting provisions.

B) Recent correspondence from IPOPIF regarding transition. Transition date for investment portfolio is scheduled for April 1, 2022. (See Agenda Item 8A)

A) Discuss status of Circuit Court filing of lawsuit to challenge consolidation law. Discuss updated communication from IPOPIF regarding transition.

B) Review and approve Decision and Order for Christine Snyder, annual disability review.

C) Review and approve Decision and Order for Trey Harris, annual disability review.

D) Update on Annual Retiree Affidavit responses.

E) Confirm filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2022)

F) Discuss upcoming reappointment for board member Jeffrey M. Davis, term expires 5/10/2022.

G) Update on true cost calculations for Chase Rednour portability from Murpheysboro Police.

H) Status of City exploring issuing Pension Obligation Bonds.

10. NEW BUSINESS

A) Discuss status of mandatory trustee training and possible training opportunities for 2022.

B) Address questions concerning application for retirement pension of Brian Gleason.

C) Discuss renewal of Fiduciary Liability Insurance with Ullico Casualty Group.
