On Nov. 18, Ann Willgoose purchased a home at 2210 Clay St., Murphysboro from Mary Edna Jones Rita Sullivan Mary Jean Buchman Christina Lynn Bicker for $56,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Murphysboro in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 2210 Clay St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Samantha Lee Snitko, 23, and Jennifer Kari Snitko, 49.
