How did home prices perform in De Soto during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in De Soto rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in De Soto in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in De Soto for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,902, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
