In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,141.26, which is 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Murphysboro so far in October 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Roberta B. Piper, 93, was the only registered voter residing at 126 Pump House Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
