On Oct. 13, Rebecca All Callighan sold their home at 2200 Dewey St., Murphysboro to Ubedullah Patel Sabiha Bholat for $90,100.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $4,054.10. This is 4.5% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Murphysboro as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Suzanne Wagner, 63, was the only registered voter residing at 2200 Dewey St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
