Carbondale home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Carbondale rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 76.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,500 - a 32% increase over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Carbondale in the second quarter of 2020.
