Gilbert R. and Theresa L. Blankenship sell 418 N. 14th, Murphysboro

On Aug. 18, The Auna Lily Corp. purchased a commercial property at 418 N. 14th, Murphysboro from Gilbert R. and Theresa L. Blankenship for $69,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $1,874.42. This is 2.72% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Murphysboro as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Justin McCraw, was the only registered voter residing at 418 N. 14th as of Oct. 10, 2020.
