On July 19, Mark and Christine Byrd sold their home at 2120 Pine, Murphysboro to Nicholas and Jennifer Melvin for $97,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,449.26, 2.53% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Murphysboro in July 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lonnie Ray Shepard, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 2120 Pine as of Oct. 10, 2020.
