On July 27, Wesley J. Cowan purchased a home at 14 Maple Lane, Jacob from Brandon Buchheit for $75,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,824.12, 2.43% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Jacob so far in July 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Brandon M. Buchheit (26) has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
