On April 12, Allan Easton purchased a home at 167 Amber Lane, Carbondale from Bruce Gerecke for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,827.40, 1.32% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2021, nine properties sold in Carbondale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bruce Gerecke has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 167 Amber Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tina J. Gerecke, 58, and Bruce Gerecke, 61.
