CARBONDALE NON-BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES PERSONNEL BOARD: Region 5 Returns to Tier 1 Mitigations Allowing for Limited Indoor Dining

Carbondale Non-Bargaining Unit Employees Personnel Board recently issued the following announcement.

The Illinois Department of Public Health announced on Saturday, January 16, that Region 5, which includes Jackson County, has reentered Tier 1 mitigations of the Restore Illinois Plan. The Tier 1 mitigations allow for limited indoor dining and are effective immediately.
