C) Discuss possible litigation to challenge Public Act 101-0640.

A) Discuss and approve setting of 2020 board meeting dates currently meet monthly at 1:30 p.m. at Carbondale City Hall; (suggested meeting dates are 1/19; 2/16, 3/16; 4/20; 5/18;6/22;7/20;8/17, 9/21; 10/19; 11/16; 12/21/2021)
B) Discuss status of compliance with 8 hour mandatory trustee training for all board members and four hour consolidation transition training.
C) Review and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2021.
