The City of Marion, Williamson County, Illinois, an Illinois Home-Rule Municipal Corporation, hereby gives Notice of a Public Hearing to be held at the Marion City Hall, 1102 Tower Square Plaza, Marion, Illinois, to consider its proposed Second Amendment to the Marion North Commercial Tax Increment Financing District Redevelopment Project Area, Plan and Projects. In order to promote social distancing, as required in the Governor’s Executive Orders and Disaster Proclamations-as well as State guidelines-a limited number of people may be physically present at the Public Hearing.

The Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan and Projects complies with the provisions of the "Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act".
A copy of the proposed Second Amendment to the Marion North Commercial TIF District Redevelopment Plan and Projects is available at the website link above and a copy is available at the Marion City Clerk's Office, 1102 Tower Square Plaza, Marion, Illinois for examination during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
