A. Discuss/approve purchase of new aeration blower from Aerzen Corporation to replace an existing damaged blower at a cost of $10,801.68.

7. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING

A. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3624 approving the third amendment to the Residential TIF District; removing the last of the parcels that are not in the City limits.

B. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3625 annexing twelve parcels surrounded by the Residential TIF into the City.
