MFT audit- Carl brought Carrie’s report up that explains everything. Tom explained the Hot box purchase he applied to wrong account so it was his fault. Carrie and Tom did talk and did agree it would be easiest and quickest to use lease money to pay for at next council meeting. Committee will recommend to approve audit later in council meeting.
Budget Server/workstations - Received one bid from Megabytes. Our current server will no longer serve after January. Committee will recommend to approve purchase later in meeting.
Animal control staffing - There is a 3 dollar per hour change only in the proposed ordinance. We will only be over $900 for the year. We have someone interested in taking the position if the pay is increased. They are already trained. Committee will recommend later in meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
