De Soto home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in De Soto rose by $34,100 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 45.5% increase over the $74,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in De Soto in August 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in De Soto for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,754, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
