Carbondale home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Carbondale fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Carbondale in March 2016.
