Murphysboro home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Murphysboro rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 111.1% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Murphysboro in February 2016.
