Carbondale home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Carbondale fell by $27,200 while total sales increased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 22.7% decrease over the $119,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Carbondale in the fourth quarter of 2016.
