Democratic Angie Elliott Kochan's election campaign committee, Friends of Angie Elliott Kochan, spent $11,471 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kochan's committee spent the most on television advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,655) going to Wsil-tv in Carterville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kochan's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
