How did Brad Bleyer spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Brad Bleyer's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Bleyer 5th District Appellate Judge, spent $47,668 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bleyer's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($18,300) going to Thomas Printing & Stationery Co. in Benton. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bleyer's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
