Jackson County Liquor Advisory Board met November 21. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

Call to Order (5:00 PM)


Members Present:  J. S. Rendleman, Larkin, S. Bost and Williams

Members Absent:   Blomer and Endres

Approval of Minutes

I.   18-3827      August 21, 2018 Minutes

                        A motion was made by Larkin, seconded by S. Bost, to approve the August 21, 2018 minutes as presented. The motion carried by unanimous vote.

II.   18-3828    2019 License Application Approval

                       a. Bottoms Up Bar & Grill

                       c. Club Coyote

                       e. Franks Real Bait Shop & Trading Post

                       The board reviewed the 2019 applications. There are three applications that require additional information: Franks Bait and Tackle needs Basset certificates, Mason Ridge needs to submit their proof of insurance, and Walkers Bluff forgot to sign their games license. The board approved the 2019 licenses pending the above mentioned additional information. The Commissioner and the board complimented the coordinator on the organization of the process of getting the applications and additional information. It has made the process of review and approval more efficient.

                        A motion was made by Larkin, seconded by S. Bost, to approve the applications for 2019 Liquor Licenses pending additional information as needed. The motion carried by unanimous vote.
