A. Council approval of revisions to Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between Marion Community Unit School District #2 and City of Marion with Respect to School Resource Officer Agreement.

Police Department – 3 Police SUV’s plus equipment

Cemetery Department – Ford F150 Truck
Mosquito Department – Cost of half of a Pickup Truck (Other half to be paid for with Sewer Department funds.

Council approval of the resignation of Rashad Rucker as Sports and Recreation coordinator effective as July 2, 2018.

4. Ordinance 3454 – Ordinance approving and accepting the Right of Way Dedication of the west half of South Halfway Road from West Main Street to Westminster Road, Grantors – Fluck LTD Partnership.
5. Ordinance 3455 – Ordinance approving and accepting the Right of way Dedication of the east half of South Halfway Road from West Main Street to Westminster Road, Grantors – Crisp Realty Co.
Training Center
6. Discuss the current policy of paying $26.69 per hour to open and close the Training Center four nights a week. Council approval to change this policy and to hire a part-time janitor to clean the Training Center as needed.
