SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE: Homeless Outreach Team (H.O.T.) Forum: Exploring an Evidence-based Solution to be held May 3

Southern Illinois University School of Medicine recently issued the following announcement.

Jointly provided by SIU School of Medicine, Springfield Police Department, HSHS St. John’s Hospital, Memorial Medical Center, & Enos Park Neighborhood Association

Learn how law enforcement can work together with social service providers, the medical field, and local officials to take an evidence-based community approach to address homelessness in Springfield.

Continuing education credits will be provided for physicians, nurses, social workers, clinical psychologists, and professional counselors/clinical counselors.

Provide your name, email, credentials, institution, and if you are seeking continuing education credits for your profession.
