Motion made by Jessica Piper, seconded by Rick Galloway, to approve the monthly board meeting dates for 2018 as March 26, April 23, May 21, June 25, July 23, August 27, September 24, October 22, November 26, December 17. Motion carried.
The board discussed the recent IMRF audit. No action taken.
