Resolution 11-2017 Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Master Equipment LeasePurchase Agreement and Separate Schedules with Respect to the Acquisition, Purchase, Financing and Leasing of Certain Equipment and Other Property for the Public Benefit; Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Documents Required in Connection therewith; and Authorizing the Taking of all Other Actions Necessary to the Consummation of the Transactions Contemplated by this Resolution.
2. Agreement – Bargaining between City of Herrin and Laborer’s Local 773, Public Works.
3. Reappoint Steve Miller to the Williamson County Emergency Telephone System Board (911) for a term ending December 31, 2020.
4. Reappoint Mark Sosnowski to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term ending December 31, 2024 and appoint Jeff Green to the Zoning Board of Appeals for an unexpired term ending December 31, 2020.
5. Reappoint Kathy Lively to the Greater Egypt Regional Planning Commission Board for a term ending December 31, 2020.
6. Reappoint Devin McCluskie to the Board of Fire & Police Commissioners for a term ending December 31, 2020
