Call to Order
-Meeting called to order at 3:31 p.m. by Geoff Bant.
Roll Call
Members present: Geoff Bant, Gary Denue, Gary Jones, Mary Smith
Members absent: John Phillips
Others present: Leslie Bednar
Approval of Minutes from October 19, 2017 Meeting
-Gary Denue motioned to approve minutes from October 19, 2017 meeting with one correction, Mary Smith seconded. Motion carried.
Public Comment

New Business
Grants Specialist
-Leslie Bednar presented Grants Specialist position description, including need for a staff member to attend to these tasks, and responsibilities and plans for hiring and placement.
HR Generalist
-Ms. Bednar presented the new Human Resources Generalist position description. The position was not included in the FY2018 budget, and will need board approval before IHLS can post for the opening. Committee discussed plans for posting and placement.
