The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 9:11 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion,
Illinois, in a special meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:
Ron Ellis, Chairman
Brent Gentry, Commissioner
Jim Marlo, Commissioner
Attest: Amanda Barnes, County Clerk and Recorder
Kim Meyer, Auditor, Hudgens and Meyer present.
Commissioner, Ron Ellis gave an update from the safety meeting on September 26, 2017. There will be a training on Sexual Harassment and Discrimination held on
November 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Discussion had with Brad Bleyer, Chief Judge on FY 2017/2018 budget.
Discussion had with Angie Kochan, Circuit Clerk and Rachel Moake, Chief Deputy Clerk on FY 2017/2018 budget.
Discussion had on Williamson County Recycling Program. No action taken.
Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry recessing and reconvening meeting until September 28, 2017 at 9:00a.m. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim
Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
