Jackson County Board of Review met August 7.
Here is the minutes as provided by the board:
Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 9am. Those present: Tammy Ehlers, Allan Karnes, Wenona Whitfield, Maureen Berkowitz, Jessica Doerr Berger, and Daniel Brenner.
Approval of Minutes
Motion by W. Whitfield, 2nd by J. Berger to approve minutes of the previous meeting.
Pending PTAB
Discussion of any cases currently at PTAB level.
Discussion of appeals at Property Tax Appeal Board.
Call Robert Daun about appraising G. Spears building parcel number 14-04-381-020.
Discussion of Brewer appeal, Mr. Brewer is requesting 30,000 full value not the 3, 000 that is listed on the PTAB website. T. Ehlers to call and make offer to settle.

New Business
Call MIchelle Tweedy to verify that the County will grant the agreed upon amount for the Grand Tower Appraisal to the Board of Review when it becomes necessary. Dan to call Mr. Hartmann of Hartmann Consulting and discuss some issues with his appraisal bid.
Omitted property-submitted by Maureen Berkowitz. T. Ehlers to look into and process paperwork.
Discussion of sending form for hearing request with all appeal in the future.
