1.Ordinance 9-2017 Providing for the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Water System Revenue Pledge), Series 2017, of the City of Herrin, Williamson County, Illinois, for the purpose of financing water system projects in the City, including waterline replacement projects, providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof."
