On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Elverado High School standout Morgan Bernardini’s current college team, the Mississippi State Bulldogs, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Samford Bulldogs.
The game took place at Nusz Park. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. at Nusz Park against UAB Blazers.
