Terri Bryant, a Republican elected to the Illinois State Senate in 2021 representing the 58th Senate District, recently shared updates on local events and economic developments through her social media posts.

On August 28, 2025, Bryant posted about her attendance at a local event, stating: “DuQuoin State Fair Republican BBQ Beautiful Weather Awesome People!”

Two days later, on August 29, 2025, she congratulated a business entering the area: “Congratulations to Manner Polymers. Jefferson County and Mt Vernon are thrilled to welcome you!”

On August 30, 2025, Bryant expressed gratitude for an invitation to another community gathering: “Thank you John Kabat for inviting me to attend the SIU AG Alumni Event at the DuQuoin State Fair. The food and fellowship were second to none! Go Dawgs!!”

Bryant succeeded Paul Schimpf as state senator for Illinois’s 58th District after being elected in 2021.
