The posts highlighted the participation of athletic teams in state competitions, recognition of volleyball players, and the band’s contribution to a local Veterans Day ceremony.
On November 8, 2025, Murphysboro High School posted encouragement for its cross country teams: "Good Luck to our Boys and Girls Cross Country teams competing at the IHSA State Championships today at Detweiller Park in Peoria!"
Three days later, on November 11, 2025, the school recognized volleyball athletes with a post stating: "Congratulations to the Volleyball Red Devils named 2025-26 SIRR All-Conference".
Also on November 11, Murphysboro High School acknowledged student volunteers from its band program: "Today, the MHS 'Crimson Express' honored our heroes at the Murphysboro American Legion Veterans Day Ceremony.
