Illinois Heartland Library System Policy & Membership Committee met September 11.

The meeting was called to order at 4:03
Roll Call:
Tiffany Droege Present
Mary Beil Present
Bev Obert Present
Mary Smith Absent
Charlene Topel Absent
A motion was made to approve the minutes from May 15, 2017
There was no public comment or unfinished business.
New Business:
• The committee was made aware of the membership make up for FY 2018 and how the
518 member libraries break down by type.
• The committee was also brought up to date on what is included in the current IHLS
membership policy and given some history on how that has impacted membership.
There was no additional public comment or any announcements.
A motion was made and approved to adjourn the meeting at 4:15.
