Jackson County Evaluation Subcommittee reviews employee evaluations
Jackson County Executive Committee met Tuesday, Jan. 3.
The committee includes the county board chair, county board vice-chair, chair of Finance & Administration, chair of Legislative & Public Safety, chair of Real Property and two board members.

Call to Order (4:09 PM)
Present: Julie Peterson, Liz Hunter, Cheryl Endres, Michelle Tweedy
I. 16-2042 Discussion of Board Supervised Staff Evaluations
The attendees discussed who would be evaluated, creating agendas for each evaluation, history of evaluations, how previous evaluations were conducted and how they would like to do current evaluations. They also discussed changing the evaluations form. This led to the decision to ask employees to categorize their job duties and send that to the committee coordinator by Friday, January 6, 2017 for the subcommittee to review.

Hunter adjourned the meeting. The next meeting will be January 9th, 2017 at 4pm in the County Board office.
