Murphysboro High School recently used its official Twitter account to inform the public about ticket availability and upcoming events, including the Team Sectional wrestling match in Taylorville.
On February 2, 2026, Murphysboro HS posted: “Wrestling fans….you can purchase your tickets ahead of time at the following link for the Team Sectional this Thursday in Taylorville. https://t.co/5wXYWyPCAL”. The following day, on February 3, 2026, another tweet included a single link: “https://t.co/8Ael8ejQX9”. On February 4, 2026, a third tweet was published with only a URL: “https://t.co/AuKiyEFNCF”.
Murphysboro High School is part of Murphysboro Community Unit School District 186, which serves Jackson County and parts of Harrison County in Illinois. The district includes several schools such as Carruthers Elementary School and Murphysboro Middle School and provides education from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade.
