Marion Park District Decennial Committee met Sept. 24.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

1. Call to Order

President Gott called the Regular Meeting of the Marion Park District to order at 6:10 p.m. with the following Commissioners present:

Commissioner GardinerCommissioner McReynoldsCommissioner WelchCommissioner GottSteve ClendeninLisa Jones WilsonZach OdumKim Bauernfeind – Moore

Commissioner Sheffler was absent from the meeting.

2. Approval of the September 24, 2024 Decennial Committee Agenda

Commissioner Gardiner made a motion at 6:05 p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Welch to approve the September 24, 2024 Decennial Committee agenda. Roll called. Motion carried with unanimous vote with those present.

3. Discuss / Approve the minutes of the Decennial Committee meeting from June 25, 2024.

Commissioner Gott advised the committee to look over the information and advise of any changes. Changes were made on page 6, adding items available upon request. Changes also made on page 8, adding Pyramid Park, Harrison – Bruce Park, and Jones Park to the Marion Garden Club volunteer information.

Commissioner Gardiner made a motion at 6:07 p.m.; seconded by Executive Director Odum to approve the June 25, 2024, minutes. Roll called. Motion carried with unanimous vote with those present.

4. Discuss / Approve information to be submitted to the Williamson County Board of Commissioners.

Commissioner McReynolds made a motion at 6:17 p.m.; seconded by Executive Director Odum to approve the information to be submitted to the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with changes. Roll called. Motion carried with unanimous vote with those present.

5. Adjournment

Commissioner Gardiner made a motion at 6:20 p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Welch to adjourn the Decennial Committee Meeting. Roll called. Motion carried with unanimous vote with those present.
