Anne West Lindsey Library District Board met March 10.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

A special meeting of the Anne West Lindsey District Library was called on March 10, 2026 to meet with representatives of the Village of Colp to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement. President Heather Abell Castlebery called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. and a quorum was established. In attendance were Elaine Miskell, Sharon Wunderle, Betsy McKinney, and Nancy Schmidt. Library Director, Mary Stoner; Adult Services Librarian, Mike Terrana; and Michael Baker, President Pro Tempore of the Village of Colp attended as well. 

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Elaine Miskell and seconded by Sharon Wunderle. The motion carried. 

Under Unfinished Business, the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Colp was officially signed allowing Colp residents to have the same access to library services as those who live within our existing district. A motion was made by Betsy McKinney to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Colp, with Michael Baker present as the representative of the Village of Colp’s Board. Elaine Miskell seconded the motion and it carried. 

Under Other Business, all current board members are required to file Statements of Economic Interests with Williamson County. The forms need to be completed by May 1, 2026. 

A motion to adjourn was made by Betsy McKinney and seconded by Sharon Wunderle at 6:45p.m.
