Giant City Community Consolidated School District 130 Election Board met April 24.

Motion made by Martin, seconded by Fakhoury to accept the election results.

Votes were as follows: Yeas-Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Stuart,

Fakhoury and Sanders.

Roll Call of New Board-Present- Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Bickel,

Motion made by Skiles to nominate Lori Martin for President-Yeas- Skiles,

Buffington, Martin, Bickel and Sanders. Votes carry.

5. Nominate President

Motion made by Fakhoury to nominate Barry Ancell for President-Yeas- Ancell

and Fakhoury

8. 6. R Nominate Vice-President

.Motion made by Buffington to nominate Kellly Sanders for Vice-President.

Yeas-Skiles, Buffington, Martin, Fakhoury and Sanders. Votes carry.

7. Nominate Vice-President

Motion made by Bickel to nominate Evan Buffington as Vice-President. Yeas-

Ancell and Bickel

8. Nominate Secretary

Motion made by Sanders to nominate Kate Fakhoury as Secretary. Yeas-

Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Bickel, Fakhoury and Sanders.Votes carry.

9. Establish Meeting

Motion made by Ancell, seconded by Fakhoury to establish the meeting time

for the third Monday of the month at 7:00 P.M., with the exception of the

amended dates. Votes were as follows: Ayes-All.

10. Adjourn

Motion made by Fakhoury, seconded by Buffington to adjourn at 7:14 P.M.

Votes were as follows: Ayes-All.
