1. Appoint Quinn Laird to the Williamson County Joint Emergency Telephone System Board for a term beginning January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2019.

2. Appoint Shirley Muckley, Steve Priest and Jim Starnes to the Herrin City Library Board for a term beginning January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2019.

3. Appoint Christy Shoemake and Ed Tresnak to the Herrin Civic Center Board for a term beginning January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2019.

4. Appoint Rick Lowe to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term beginning January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2022 & Howard Grant for a term beginning January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2023.
